NeuClix Tactical Reactor ("the Service") is a software platform operated by NeuClix ("we", "us") that generates marketing content from business information you provide and performance data you choose to connect. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business whose data you manage in the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. Monthly generation allowances reset each billing cycle and unused allowance does not roll over.
The Service uses large language models (provided by Anthropic) to draft content from the verified facts you supply. Generated drafts are suggestions: you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it, and you own the content you generate from your own business data. Where the Service cannot verify a fact it inserts an explicit placeholder rather than inventing one — placeholders are yours to resolve.
You may not use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; to misrepresent another business; or to probe, overload, or disrupt the Service. Rate limits and plan quotas are part of the Service and may not be circumvented.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter and the analytics data you connect. We use it only to operate the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your account and all associated data.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee marketing outcomes, search rankings, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
